By using Fit My Wallpaper ("the service") you agree to these terms.
The service
Fit My Wallpaper uses AI to reformat your photos into wallpapers sized for your phone, tablet or screen. Results are generated automatically and may vary from photo to photo.
Accounts and wallpapers
You sign in with Google. New accounts receive 2 free wallpapers. Additional wallpapers are sold as one-time plans: Basic (10 wallpapers, $5), Pro (30 wallpapers, $10) and Max (100 wallpapers, $20). HD wallpapers use 1 from your balance. Ultra 4K is available to customers who have bought any plan and uses 3. Purchased wallpapers do not expire. If a wallpaper fails to generate, it is not taken from your balance.
Your photos
Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. You keep all rights to your photos and the wallpapers made from them. Do not upload illegal, hateful, sexual or otherwise harmful content; such requests may be blocked.
Payments
Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which also handles taxes and invoices.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse, overload, resell or try to bypass limits of the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
